I have just completed a site called G8 Pictures.

We are inviting people to submit their own pictures of the events surrounding the G8 summit in Gleneagles. The people, the events, the conflict, the issues - all can have their story told in picture format.

In the end, if the standard is high enough we will be creating an exhibition and possibly publishing a book of the event - naturally with all profit going to third world aid charities.

So get snapping and send us your pics - who knows, your pictures could be seen the world over!.

Exceedingly excellent web-site with great photo's.
The photo's tell the story themselves; maybe they were taken with a biased view point but the viewer ultimately makes their own decision.

This sort of coverage really brings home the masses of people who were involved, something that wasn't really emphasized in the normal media channels.
I hope an exibition (in many cities) is created. This would re-focus on the promises that have been made so the progress can be scutinised.
