Lovely backlit shot - best of luck it should be up there at the top

If this were just sentimental schlock I wouldn't go for it at all. However, it's raised above schlock because you've got good photographic technique. The back lighting is spot on perfect, bringing brilliance without obliterating detail where it's important. The linked children are positioned very poignantly, and the setting speaks of nostalgia and a timelessness about childhood that gives promise not only to our sheltered perceptions of what was, but our fragile expectations of what should be. I suppose the title is just a tad soft and oozing of obvious emotion, but in the end it fits the subject.
