I like a vivid colourful sunset as much as anyone, but what i really look for is some form of interaction between the landscape and sky, and It doesn't get much better than this for me.
thank you all for the kind words and feedback. i know what you mean about the white line, but its part of the story for me, the contrails are what become the cirrus lines below as they get moved along in the atmosphere, plus i try to keep my landscapes as i saw them rather than edit out any imperfections

Im in agreement about the jet stream, I think it adds to the shot, the juxtaposition of the lines. Wonderful textures here. Awesome job S.
