The subject is overpowered by the background. The eye has difficulty in focusing on Miss Beth. The composition is fine but I don't know what to suggest about the colours.
I feel this is a good effort but others are more qualified to give useful guidance.
Speaking only for me I like the capture chiefly because the background reflects the color and intensity of the model. Very much like the colors. The gritty ground tells a story of the place and model. I like your comp. I like your choices. Wish I could see more of your work. Like it if you would post more. You have style. Welcome to the blog.
