Looks like you have some lens reflection due to the overly bright parking lot lights you weren't able to dampen. Also, with regards to composition it seems you emphasize more of the tall buildings than the truck yard. So, it is a bit of a confusion. Otherwise, a nice sharp black and white night capture. Very much like the gradual degradation of light on the buildings as they get further from the camera. Seems to me all it needs is a filter and more appropriate photo title.
