A gorgeous landscape. It captured my eye right away as I followed that beautiful arch of treetops and mountain ridge as it curved across the water's surface. Beautiful sky and reflection. An all together breath taking creation.

I must say, Anne, it is obvious you can take a good picture.
A little disappointing that you don't acknowledge comments most of the time. We (well, I do, anyway) consider it the return part of a conversation. We don't just want to see your pictures (which really are quite nice), but we'd like to feel a connection to the photographer as well.
I can't speak for everybody on this, of course. It's just what I think. Best of luck in the POTW contest.
I think it is a balance. As a general rule, I respond to posts after the photo has been on for about a day. I think people who respond to every post are simply boosting the number of posts for their photo.
