Love Mort's comment. But, honestly I don't know the significance of the sign since I am not in your land. But, it is well seen. As a photo though I find it strange that I like that wire crossing the upper left. It sort of supports the sign and its angle in the capture. It sort of balances it. Without it, I should expect someone would remark about all that blank sky. And, a wonderfully sky it is.
