The Galloway Astronomy Centre, near Galloway's newly annointed 'Dark Sky Park' provides one of the best places in the world for stargazing.

They offer a guests accomodation and education and telescope time. It is good, valuable and enlightened work.

Here we see Mike Alexander at the door and guest Gerard using the 16" telescope.

D700, 24-70f2.8, SB-900 (master) + 3 x SB-600 with gels, 1/60 sec, f2.8, ISO 100.
