beautiful capture, love that background and your composition. atractive active pose nicely sharp around the face.
-ves I am presuming this is a crop as the DOF starts at the tree and stops just after the eye:), a slightly smaller f-stop to get a sharp tail would have made this perfect.

all my pictures are full frame, i don't crop at all.
small birds shot are taken from a blind with a 300f4 (nice lens with a very short minimal focus distance)

great background,I think the head and body are sharp enough.It would be nice if the tail were sharp but it looks fine the way it is.
