Ah! Well not to argue, but after the first snow fall return, capture it, and post it. I would bet that many would veiw it and some may comment to its beauty. You may be surprised.
To you it may seem ordinary. That can change should you like. See with a different heart. And, what you will see will surprise you. That is, if you wish.
Photography to the experts may have its rules. But, a scene viewed from the heart has its own unique value. Find it in what is ordinary to you. It is there. Look again. See anew.
