As a composition I think it is very good. In this case you might have upped the shutter speed a bit to sharpen the horse's motion. Seems a bit blurred. But, I very much like the composition with the jockey at left and the large seemingly mirroring sign of the jockey at right. Well seen. And, welcome to the Blog.
Like the dual aspect of the jockey. Bob is correct, light not great giving a slightly soft image. Looks like you've got plenty of zoom in play or you've cropped quite a bit.
