Welcome to the Blog. I find your capture to be fascinating in of its interesting linear composition of the figure. The man's posture and pose creates an eye appealing form. The falling hat is an interesting feature. Unfortunately, its blur is some what lost in contrast with the blurred background. I noticed that the exif indicated your shutter speed to be 1/100, aperture at F10, and iso at 200. Seems to me that if you had changed ap to a larger hole you could have raised the shutter speed a bit to sharpen the hat. Must have been a very dark time of day regarding your iso and camera settings. Nonetheless, it is a fine photograph. And, once again, welcome to the Blog.
