Hi Angela, and Roberto. thank you both for taking time ot leave a comment.
This is one of my personal favorite Photographs, something a little different being taken from such a low angle.

Would guess that you used a mid-range aperture off a long lens. Would be nice if you would include your exif info on your posts. Nice sharp details and colors. Love the low angle.
Hi James thanks for your comments. This has got to be one of my all time personal favorite Photographs from my "pigeon files" series of photographs.
Hi Bjeast, thanks for your comments. Aye I was lucky with the components of this shot. The grass does go a long way to making this image. I was lucky that the dandelions had grown high enough, but were far enough apart to enable me to focus on the Bird and get my shot as its head ducked and weaved through the grass in its search for food. hence the title Peek a Boo.

Hi Bobwed thanks for the complement on my choice of low angle for this shot. as I recall I used a short wide angle lens as the Pigeon was pretty close to me, with about F2. I could try in future include my exif. However generally speaking the technical aspect of an image I am not to interested in, I am more about the finished piece and the artistic aspects of an image, and weather its story has the power to engage others and bring them into the shot, or simple be enough to make another smile. When I am shooting I go with my gut, and play / experiment a lot. I know my Camera well enough to know what I will get with my manual settings. This shot was from one such experiment. Most times I simply ask myself " what would happen if I do this ... " In this case shoot low, and try to get a pigeons perspective on the ground. Lowering my camera to where I knew it was at the same height as the pigeons that had joined me. Because I was able to train the auto focus on the bird, the end image resulted in a real nice balance of focus through the longer grass.
