Must say, I am a bit confused and bemused by the composition. I don't live in your land so maybe the statue carries some meaning that I don't understand and somehow relates to the smokey stack. And, not knowing if or what that relationship is leaves me confused. I am bemused by the fact that there appears to be actually two focal points in the photo - the smokey stack and the statue. Individually, you could have made either the focal point. But, since there are two I can only conclude that there has to be some understood relationship that I am supposed to bring to view the photo. I only wish I knew what that was.
