I like this one . If I can suggest something ? I would have cut out the bottom of the photo were the river go's out of the photo . This way you would have a leading to the photo ?
I don't agree with my fellow members' suggestion to cut out the bottom of the photo and use the river as a lead in. Seems to me, it works fine as is. This is my reason - look at the photo and study it. If you raised the bottom the image would enlarge. That would raise the point where the rolling grassland meets the bare mountain's face. Which means that that shadow would be dead center in the photo. That would make it a very distracting focal point in the composition. So, in my opinion, the comp and crop as is, is the best one. And, if you don't mind my long winded critque, the river as it is is the lead in. Do you see why? Notice the depth of the photo. The far distant mountains and cloudy sky. The river provides the lead to that. This ties the foreground to the distant background. As it should. Remember, this is a landscape. Consequently, both the breath and depth of the photo must work together. Well done. But, alas you are the master. And I, but a failed novice. So whom am I to say?
