As the bulk of my photography is trains, buses & coaches, most of my photos aren't for the mass viewer! But I've found that steam trains are more generally appreciated. The location is Goodrington, just south of Paignton, Devon. It was taken at the end of September, with tempretures of around 30 degrees in the sun. This is sadly not normal!
Where else in the world could you find a scene like this? This is England at its very best with the evocative and nostalgic steam train complementing the pleasant beach scene. Got any more trains to show?
