BTW because your religion has the unfortunate dicotamy of good vs evil you may have a difficult time with this concept. My faith believes that all is God. Good & evil. So, you needn't be still any where than you are any where else. Everything is the presence of God.

"Be still and know that I am God" is a quote from the King James Version of the Bible. Psalm 46:10
I believe he wants us to just stop and pay attention, reflect and learn. Not to actually "be still". But sometimes we need to slow down and pay attention, yes he is everywhere and he is the creator. Infinite, a hard concept for the human brain.
