I'm not sure what you're trying to convey here. Are we supposed to be amazed at the architecture, the blue of the sky? The shadow under the arch suggests this was taken around the middle of the day. Have you thought of taking shots like this at other times of day when the light is more sympathetic? Common knowledge is that the 'golden hours' of light, just after dawn and before sundown are the most sympathetic in terms of warmth and detail being not too harsh, as here. I hope this helps.
