Snowy Owl

This year, some Snowy Owls made it as far south as Boundary Bay near Vancouver. I was happy to see them, and not so happy when I got home to find that I'd forgotten to set my camera to shoot RAW. Won't make that mistake again! Still, wonderful to see these birds in the wild!

The white color of the bird stands out beautifully against the burnish background. An excellent capture, seems to me.
