Seeing Venice at it's best! Gliding silently down the canals of Venice at dusk, such a peaceful & tranquil scene. This was far away from the crowded, bustle of the grand canal.
Yes. I, too, like the coloration of the gondolier in contrast to the otherwise black & white. But, the mono tone works well in setting the quiet, empty mood. A well composed scene. Were you waiting there long for it to occur? Excellent photography. Thank you.
