Crux battles a stick

My flatmates dog, Crux, does battle with a stick. If you look you can see a big chunk wedged across the roof of his mouth.

He was fine. He was just chewing that branch right in front of him and got a bit stuck. He carried on with the task in hand once the offending bit of stick was removed!
