My brother-in-law is enjoying a beverage of my invention, called, interestingly enough, Black and Blue. Contents include: 4 parts tonic water, 2 parts Tanqueray gin, 1 part Malibu coconut rum, and 1 part triple sec. The quinine present in cinchona bark, one of the ingredients in tonic water, is visually reactive to a black light, hence, the esthetically appealing effect!
