I called the SPCA to come get him . They pick it up and I ask if they could call me on what is going to happen with him ? They called a week after that and they had to remove haft the wing . He is now at a place were they show Kids birds of Calif & is living good . There are other Pelicans there also that cant be put back in the wild .
