Water shortage because of global warming.It affects the weather system as the case here in England where water conservation methods are being reinforced by the government because of the treath of a drought.
And yet other parts of our country ,are flooded,but you are right London may have water shortage for sometime,i lile your shot,because it does show the drought

Along with the enjoyment I get out of seeing the photo, I was wondering if anybody can give me some education. It seems counterintuitive to me that the main concern of global warming is flooding due to the melting ice caps, yet a draught it indicated here because of the phenomenon. Can somebody help me connect the dots?
