A nice rural shot of which would be a regular sight in India, I do think the image is very tight in the frame and could've done with a wee bit more space around the subject especially at the front giving the oxen space to move into, the strong highlight on the back of the oxen has blown out due to the strong light but that was always going to happen under such a strong light, the skin tones look to be very good.
