The foreground is excellent, but I would have tried to get the top of the clock tower in. Looks like you are using macro with auto focus. If you can, I would try manual focus to get the tower in a tuny bit more detail. I would also have put the clock tower right on the left of the frame.
It's still a very nice shot though! (sorry to moan!)
