AS YOU MAY NOTICE HE HAS A BROKEN WING . HE WAS FOUND THE NEX DAY DIED ? SOMEONE HAD BUT A RUBER BAND AROUND ITS BILL SO IT COULDENT EAT ? THIS WAS AT A TIME THAT FIVE PELICNAS WERE KILL AT THE HARBOR ? THEY DID GET THE ONE WHO WAS DOING IT .
