It must have been a very quiet time of day. I see no people. Yet, it is a beautiful fine photo. Love the boat contrasted against the fine buildings behind it. Nice reflection of the buildings in the water's surface. And, fine use of the lip of the course of the river to capture the eye as a lead through the scene. Wonderful photography.
