Yes, this is from the Silver Slipper. It was not a hotel. It was a casino and restaurant/cocktail lounge. We'd often eat there. Loved its great prime rib dinner. Those were the days. By the way its S-I-G-N-S. SINGS means to make music with your voice - like a singer.
