Difficult to assess this with awful, distracting graphics and silly frame. Looks like it might be OK if you remove the wood and let us see the trees.
BTW if you insist on framing your pictures ( IMO the pic should stand on its own) the rule is: same width top and sides, slightly more at bottom.
Thanks for the feedback.. I see what you mean about the frame.. when I started out, I thought these kind of frames made the pictures look more professional. It was an action I downloaded that created these frames (without direct control over the border widths) I've come back from that now, and have re- or unframed most of the pictures I took at that time. I'll post a different version of this one soon..
