autumn snapshot in the garden. i want to give the feeling that in the right there is a blank, in the midle something starts and in the left the portrait shows up. from top to bottom same thing but with the detail. do you get that feeling? - contrast, sharpen, rgb channels, exposure compensation, b/w conversion, no other manipulation

You've definitely achieved a left-hand balance to this photo, but I'm not sure why you've chosen to do so? I'd rather see more of the interesting man than a washed-out background.
