You could do a lot of variations on a theme here. Like, cover her with floating veils and give her a drink. Or put a bartender behind the bar. Or do a twilight shot with a candle. Might be fun. Very interesting shot.
Much later: I just noticed the telephone. Sorry I missed it before. I thought she was just staring blankly at the counter. Great idea.
Very nice location and model. Light on the upper right is a bit bright. Model is a bit too centrally located and could be sharper. If you have a chance to go back to this place and reshoot, you might consider moving a bit more to the right so that you don't get that light through the rafters. I do like the reflected light on the model's face.
