phang nga bay, very close to phuket, thailand, has a very unique landscape. the landscape was the background for many hollywood movies like the beach, james bond and others.
there was no tsunami in this area and also almost nothing in phuket. all what you heared beside of khao lak and phi phi island (in thailand) was the usual media nonsense who create out of any mouse a herd of elephants. on the daytime when the tsunami happened I was sleeping 30m away from the beach where they the media repoted total destruction and noticed nothing, so dont listen to all this media nonsense. for more info go to www.phuketmagazine.com
