Good technique in selective colour, but I think everything except the tin man should be in colour, and preferably more blurred as it is a bit distracting as it is. Is that a bit of balloon behind his thumb that should be coloured too?

Like this very much fd. Contrast is a bit high to me, or perhaps it could use a bit of softening, but then that's a matter of my personal taste.
