Glad you like it. I made that little structure myself out of wedges - the whole thing held together by gravity.
And I see now what you mean about the lighting of the subject. I was making breakfast one morning and I looked over to see a ray of sunlight hitting the object spot-on. It looked great, with the shadow playing a big part in it.
