Fantastic timing, Focus is spot on. Only problem is that you seem to have lost a bit of shadow detail under the wing and on the legs, the subject is a little dark and not seperate enough from the backround for my liking. This is the only thing preventing a 10 rating. I suggest you try the shadow/highlight tool in Photoshop (If you have it) to try and pull a little more detail and seperation into the Heron. Apologies for the lengthy critique.
