Nice photo, very sharp. I agree with erik though - perhaps it's with the composition. Good photo never the less :0) I'm going to a butterfly place tomorrow, and I'll be chuffed if I can get a photo as good as this.
Hi ! Thanks for the comments. Nothing was added or removed from this shot. It was taken straight, handheld, no flash with film. The only thing I did with Photoshop is an Unsharp Mask after the scan.
Since you noted that you want truthful reviews, I'll add that I love this photo, but the lack of focus in the background on this shot means that I can't really see the whole environment/scene. The foreground is exquisite, but I want to wander around the whole scene, rather than having to refocus my eyes between the two.
