inle lake burma myanmar monastery of the jumping cats

the monastery is built on one of the many island in the lake. The monks trained cats to jump through a hoop if the cat can make it a small donation is expected from the visitor. visitors can also stay in the monastery, a great experience.

pls. go to www.allmyanmar.com and buy the e-book -myanmar panorama-, very low price. you get 200 pages full blown pictures like this, actually the screen adaption has 100 pages because of the different format. There are other books with similar great photos. You also can go to www.thailandsouthern.com and get the same for southern thailand.
