looks like a nice photo, I think a tighter crop is needed,it's hard to make out what is going on. the birds on the right are a distraction.nice idea.

Partially agree with fd, but love the flying bird on the left and also love the tree in the middle..and somehow the one swan that is staring at us seems to pull it together, though he is cropped a bit awkwardly at the tail. If that were there, for me, this would get a very high mark. Has a Romanticist feel to the color and swans. Very nice.
