I don't know why I like this; in fact, maybe I don't; I can't tell. I hate the title and I hate the cyan haze in the mirror, but I love the green hue and I love the motion-blur-plus-sharpness in the same image and, well, I'm altogether neutral about the cameraman.
any good idea for the title?
about me in the shot, is there you don't like my face or just the figure in composition, i could do some retouching and put some nice face in the shot..
thanx for nice ratings, guys
Great photo. I like the sense of speed that stops abruptly when you view the mirror. I think the image of the photographer in the mirror just works. Great bold colours and shapes.
This photo is terrific, but I agree with Kurt. The white in the top left really is distracting. If you cover that white space, the photo takes on a completely different feeling, much more intimate, like you're really in someone's space. This is an artistic decision and I don't mean to sound like I'm telling you how to shoot - only making a suggestion. That space could be the black, continued on from the area nearby, or a blue, or whatever. Your decision.
yes, that area is litle too bright(this happens when you're messing with contrast and curves), i should fill in something, maybe i'll try another version. but i still like it
The face itself is just fine. Resembles Andrew McCarthy 15-20 years ago. I think the title would be wherever it was shot, i.e., "Bramestone Avenue" or "10 Km East of Perth," but it's really not that important. Like, at all. Really.
I'm with Kurt and efton911 on this one. I like the photo, but find the white bit a bit distracting. I don't mind you being in the mirror, I think it adds to the photo.
