One of the main reason why I choose a FinePix as my digital of choice is that it comes with a filter adapter. So yes, polarized sky. I actually had to brighten the image a bit.
I've upped my vote, I think I was too stingy before. This is my favourite POTW this week so far. I think the contrast is fine - and if it was exposed to be lighter, you'd have lost the perfect exposure on the building.
