Shades of Ansel Adams. Nice shot. (The rock formations are wonderful.)

Nice shot. foreground trees seem to blend in a litte too much, taking the edge off. A little over contrasty/sharp; has robbed the picture of a natural feel (to me). Feels a little plastic as a result. Still good, just not great. Would work better in colour i feel

Al B this shot has a Yosemite feel to it If you know what I mean. Great shot, sharpness and contrast look dead on! I would have liked to see more of the trees but see that would have sacrificed the majestic sky. Re-rating shot If this isn't a 10 on an ameteur site I don't know
what is! I think Ansel would like this!!!
It just took 4 looks to come to that conclusion.

Liking the tones and contrasts in this, mimics the mountain shapes in triangle patterns. lovely. Even the trees are doing it.

Dramatic shot helped by good contrast and tonal variations especially in the sky.
