Crop is too tight. I also love the idea of keeping her hair and skin as they are, and removing color from the chair and floor. Since they are close to her skin-tone it seems like competition (and that's a shame...)

I see exactly what kirkkoja is driving at - what we need to see here is more of the chair. I say get rid of the model completely and have another go.
