Human Nature

Human Nature

Using a Canon 20D EOS with Canon 420EX Speedlite, I placed a light defuser on the end of the flash and angled the camera so that it would be in front of the sunflower leaf and the flash behind. Another image of my face was also taken with the flash against my chin pointing up. The two images were manipulated together using PSCS2. Just got notified that this image will be displayed on 14th Sept in Times Square and on the web site for a day.

Hmmm. Wont leave a score for this as not too sure. Its interesting. Seems a little plastic to me, confirmed by the PSCS2 manipulation. Just looks a bit too digital, maybe you could tweak it a tad? Silly question...why would Kodak show it on their site? Shot with a Canon???

Yes, a Canon. Smile The back-lighting on the leaf sure does give it a different texture, doesn't it? Actually, I said I used the 20D, but I think it was actually my Canon G2 Powershot. Hmmm, I'll have to check the EXIF data to be sure.
Thanks for your comment. Smile
