I like the atmosphere with this shot, I may have been tempted to lose a bit more from the left, just past the tiny buoy, and had a fraction more of the dramtic sky. B&W works well for me.
Great clouds balanced nicely with the sea. Agree that B/W works well here. Would also crop some from the left to move the boat more off-center.
