Love misty/foggy winter shots and this is no exception. lovely and simple. Small distraction in grass ? stick in foreground to right and little white bit ? litter drawing eye only very slight niggles and easy to remedy but noticable due to simplicity of pic. but excellent overall.
The red in the trees helps tremendously. This same shot might also be exciting if some of the sky and grass were cropped to a panorama format. Even without, very nice!
