Interesting shot. However it's missing something! I think b&w is the only way to go on this, lack of a face doesnt help. Not bad, would try some cropping to eliminate foreground and sides, and pull the eye to the subject. (door or person)

It's sad. I have met many goths, and most of them were really nice. I can't understand how people could be so cruel as to beat someone up over the way they dress. (I presume that's why... you didn't say!)
