yeah thers a few more pictures and u can plainly see the haze, its the moisture from the lake. i was staying the others side of the lake at the pallazola, its amazing and i shud be going back 2 work there, this time next year. :D
This is my opinion: Not very happy about this shot. The composition leads your eye wanting more on the left. There appears to be nothing particular in focus but that could be jpg compression. No... there's nothing in focus. Maybe a little colour in the sky would have helped? Have another go next year
P.S you will find an un edited version of this in my gallery, ther was a carpet leaning against the wall, managed to get it out with the clone stamp tool, pretty successful job i thought.
Don't be discouraged. Keep at it. And then keep at it. I've learned a lot from listening to people I respect on this site and you've got a lot of time on your side!
It's a pretty nice photo.
Maybe shooting a bit more towards the right would make the houses and road more the focus of attention. The sea doesn't really add much to this so could be left out.
