Very, very dramatic, but I think too divided for most tastes. Real or not, just too much, methinks. If this has been significantly altered, the original probably has plenty of potential given the sun placement, existence of the beautiful cloud formation and the "silver lining" within. Rework it and come back; I'd like to see it again. [No expert here; just my personal opinion.]
Personally really like it, never seen a photo quite like this before, i think the composition was thought about as the suns glinting along the center ripple. Love it.
