Thanks dd,thanks Vikram for your kind comment,I live in a wet England where at the moment its getting increasingly difficult to find a patch of clear sky,Badger,just felt the right thing to do initially to convert to mono but I agree I prefer this one too,thanx.

Great feel to this,comp, etc did you use an artistic photoshop filter to get the effect, or was it just the lighting? Great stuff.

Thanx don,jan and potto glad you like it.In answer to your question Potto the sun was low to the right bursting through the rain every 2 hours or so(it was that sort of day)just needed a tweak in levels and warmed up a bit with colour balance.
